AWYAD Uganda is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Kampala. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to coordinate development projects that create positive impact in Ugandan communities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor project activities and implementation timelines
- Develop detailed project work plans and track progress against objectives
- Liaise with project stakeholders including community leaders and partner organisations
- Prepare regular project reports and documentation as required
- Manage project budgets and ensure efficient resource utilisation
- Organise project meetings and maintain comprehensive records
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure projects comply with organisational policies and donor requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Development Studies, Social Sciences or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination within the development sector
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Valid motorcycle riding permit is an added advantage
