Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement category strategies for professional services across African markets
- Analyse market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute category plans
- Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics in Uganda and East Africa
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and service providers
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery
- Prepare regular performance reports and market analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in category management or marketing
- Strong understanding of the Ugandan and East African market landscape
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Proven track record in professional services or FMCG sector
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
