Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse, map, and document existing business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement streamlined procedures to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Nigeria and across Africa to gather requirements and ensure process alignment.
• Use data analysis to measure process performance and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Create clear process documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor the effectiveness of new processes and make continuous improvements.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) as a Process Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is an advantage.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural work environment.
