Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for primary school students
• Develop and implement appropriate teaching strategies for diverse learning needs
• Assess and monitor student progress through regular evaluations
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Participate in school activities, staff meetings, and professional development
• Maintain accurate student records and provide feedback to parents
• Follow the Ugandan national curriculum while incorporating creative teaching methods

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Minimum of a Grade III Teaching Certificate or Diploma in Primary Education
• Registered with the Ministry of Education and Sports
• Minimum 2 years teaching experience in primary education
• Strong understanding of the Ugandan primary curriculum
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Passion for working with children and commitment to holistic education
• Computer literacy and ability to use educational technology
