Watoto Childcare Ministries is seeking passionate and dedicated Primary School Science Teachers to join our dynamic educational team across our campuses in Bbira, Suubi, and Laminadera. Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging science lessons for primary school students
• Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to make science concepts accessible and exciting
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation
• Participate in school activities, staff meetings, and professional development programmes
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievement
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Education with a Science specialization or related field
• Valid teaching license from the Ministry of Education and Sports
• Minimum 2 years teaching experience in primary school science
• Strong knowledge of the Ugandan primary school curriculum
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Passion for working with children and contributing to their holistic development
