Key Responsibilities:
• Manage office administrative duties and maintain efficient office operations
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
• Organise and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
• Schedule appointments and manage office calendars
• Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required
• Assist with client service and support insurance operations
• Coordinate meetings and take accurate minutes
• Manage office supplies and inventory
Requirements:
• Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) or equivalent qualification
• Certificate or Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Office Management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration or secretarial role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills in English and local languages
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Knowledge of Ugandan office procedures and business etiquette
