Key Responsibilities:
- Operate mobile cranes safely and efficiently at construction sites
- Perform routine maintenance checks and basic repairs on equipment
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with Ugandan regulations

- Transport and position heavy materials and equipment
- Complete daily operational logs and reports

Requirements:
- Valid crane operator certification from recognised Ugandan authorities
- Minimum 3 years experience operating mobile cranes
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions
- Physical fitness and ability to work in outdoor conditions
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
