Join African Management Institute as a Learner Success Manager in Kampala

The African Management Institute (AMI) is seeking a dedicated and passionate Learner Success Manager to join our team in Kampala, Uganda. This is a fantastic opportunity for an education or training professional to play a pivotal role in empowering entrepreneurs and business leaders across Uganda through our practical management and leadership programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end learner journey for AMI participants in Uganda, ensuring an exceptional and supportive learning experience.


• Act as the primary point of contact for learners, providing guidance, motivation, and troubleshooting support throughout their programme.


• Monitor learner progress, engagement, and completion rates, implementing strategies to improve success metrics.


• Collaborate with facilitators, coaches, and the programme delivery team to ensure seamless execution of training sessions, both online and in-person in Kampala.


• Collect and analyse learner feedback to drive continuous improvement of AMI's programmes and services.


• Build strong relationships with learners and partner organisations to foster a vibrant learning community.


• Prepare regular reports on learner success, challenges, and outcomes for management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.


• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in learner support, customer success, training coordination, or a similar role within Uganda.


• Strong passion for adult education, entrepreneurship, and professional development in the African context.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.


• Proficiency with digital learning platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.


• Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.


• Experience working with diverse groups and a deep understanding of the Ugandan business landscape is a strong advantage.
