General Requirements & Qualifications:

• Professional certifications and licences as required for specific technical roles (e.g., KCAA licences for flight crew and engineers).
• Proven experience in a similar role within the aviation, transport, or hospitality industry is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Must be a Ugandan citizen or possess the legal right to work in Uganda.
