We are seeking a dedicated professional to ensure our Kampala campus remains safe, hygienic, and welcoming for students, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all MIHS facilities
• Ensure safe, tidy, and clean environment for students, staff, and visitors
• Support setup and maintenance of clean, attractive venues for institutional events
• Manage linen handling to prevent cross-infection and ensure availability
• Participate in departmental administrative activities for operational efficiency
• Use appropriate cleaning materials and equipment effectively
• Promote positive institutional image through professional cleaning services
Qualifications and Experience:
• Uganda Certificate of Education (O' Level) minimum requirement
• Certificate in housekeeping, hygiene or related field (added advantage)
• Minimum 1-year hands-on experience in cleaning services
• Experience in institutional setting preferred (school, hospital, training institute)
• Basic knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards
• Familiarity with cleaning materials and equipment
