In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for all functional system issues, enhancement requests, and user support related to our ERP, hospital management, and core business applications. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary contact for troubleshooting functional system issues and user support requests.
* Configure and customise ERP and hospital management systems to meet business needs.
* Ensure all system processes align with approved organisational workflows and policies.
* Monitor application performance, reliability, and data integrity.
* Collaborate with different departments to understand requirements and implement effective digital solutions.
* Assist in user training and create documentation for system procedures.
* Support compliance with data security and healthcare information standards.

Requirements:
* A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience in supporting, configuring, or administering ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) or hospital information systems.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support users.
* Understanding of business process alignment and digital transformation principles.
