KCB Bank Uganda, a leading financial institution, is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst & Verifications Officer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
• Perform verification of financial documents, transactions, and client data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling activities.
• Analyse market trends and provide insights relevant to the Ugandan financial sector.
• Prepare and present detailed reports to management on financial performance and verification outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to Bank of Uganda regulations and internal KCB policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and controls.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognised institution.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA is a strong advantage.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in financial analysis, auditing, or a verification role, preferably within the banking or financial services sector in Uganda.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel and financial software.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of integrity.
• Good understanding of the Ugandan regulatory environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
