Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Provide professional financial advice and planning services to a diverse portfolio of clients in Uganda.
• Promote and sell a range of Old Mutual insurance products, investment plans, and financial solutions tailored to client needs.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct financial needs analyses and recommend appropriate strategies for wealth protection, growth, and retirement planning.
• Meet and exceed agreed sales targets and performance metrics in the Ugandan market.
• Stay updated on financial market trends, regulatory changes, and new products relevant to Uganda's economy.
• Represent Old Mutual with professionalism and integrity at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or a related field from a recognised institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in financial services, sales, or advisory roles within Uganda.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong sales acumen and a demonstrated ability to close deals.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Valid riding permit (Class A) is an added advantage.
• Professional certification in finance or insurance (e.g., CIFA) will be highly regarded.
