The Presidential Initiative on Banana Industrial Development (PIBID) is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team in Kampala. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to Uganda's agricultural transformation through banana value addition and industrial development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with PIBID's objectives
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
• Oversee cash flow management and treasury functions
• Ensure compliance with Ugandan financial regulations and tax laws
• Lead financial audits and implement internal controls
• Manage donor funds and government grants effectively
• Supervise finance team members and provide professional guidance
• Prepare timely financial statements and management reports

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA)
• Minimum 5 years' experience in senior finance role in Uganda
• Thorough knowledge of Ugandan tax laws and financial regulations
• Experience with donor-funded projects and government accounting
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong leadership and team management skills
