Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily facilities operations and maintenance activities
- Oversee building maintenance, repairs, and improvements
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for facility services
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage facility supplies and inventory
- Handle space planning and office layout arrangements
- Monitor utility consumption and implement energy-saving measures
- Respond to facility-related emergencies and issues

Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in facilities management
- Knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Understanding of Ugandan safety and building regulations
