Environmental Advisor Job in Uganda - Seaowl Group

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement environmental management systems and policies
- Conduct environmental impact assessments and monitoring
- Ensure compliance with Ugandan environmental regulations and standards
- Provide environmental advisory services to project teams
- Coordinate environmental audits and reporting
- Develop and deliver environmental training programmes
- Monitor and report on environmental performance indicators
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and stakeholders on environmental matters

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental advisory role
- Strong knowledge of Ugandan environmental legislation
- Experience in oil and gas or extractive industries preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Professional certification in environmental management
