Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for EGP (Electronic Government Procurement) systems implementation
• Train and support government departments in using EGP platforms
• Monitor and troubleshoot EGP system performance issues
• Ensure compliance with public procurement regulations and standards
• Prepare regular progress reports on EGP system utilisation
• Collaborate with stakeholders across government ministries
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for EGP processes and procedures

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Procurement, or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in IT support or procurement systems
• Strong understanding of Uganda's public procurement processes
• Excellent communication and training skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
• Knowledge of government financial management systems
• Uganda citizenship with valid national ID
