Customer Support Officer - NTSA Cabinet Job in Nairobi, Kenya | Watu Africa

Watu, a leading asset financing company across Africa, is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Officer to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. This role is central to our operations, focusing on the NTSA Cabinet system to ensure efficient and compliant customer service for our motorcycle and asset financing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process customer transactions and inquiries related to the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) Cabinet system.
• Provide first-line support to customers, addressing questions on logbook processing, registration, and other NTSA-related services.
• Ensure all customer data and documentation for asset financing are accurately captured and processed in compliance with NTSA regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve service delivery processes.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions within the support system.
• Educate customers on Watu's products, services, and the NTSA processes relevant to their financed assets.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• A minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a customer support or client service role, preferably within finance, logistics, or the boda boda industry.
• Strong understanding of NTSA processes, including motor vehicle registration and logbook services, is a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Swahili.
• Proficiency in computer applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Problem-solving attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
