As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. You will play a crucial role in maintaining Old Mutual's reputation for excellence and trust within the Ugandan community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about Old Mutual's products and services, including insurance, investments, and savings plans.
- Manage customer accounts, process transactions, and update client records in the system.
- Maintain high service standards as defined by Old Mutual Uganda's policies.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to team goals.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- A Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field from a recognised institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven customer service experience, preferably within the financial services, banking, or insurance sector in Uganda.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of local languages is an added advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy.
- A positive attitude, professional appearance, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
