Client Exit Interview Consultant Job in Uganda - Tiko

Tiko is seeking a qualified Client Exit Interview Consultant to join our team in Uganda. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with research and interviewing experience to contribute to meaningful program evaluation and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement client exit interview protocols and methodologies
• Conduct comprehensive interviews with program clients across various locations in Uganda
• Collect and analyse qualitative and quantitative data from exit interviews
• Prepare detailed reports with findings and recommendations for program improvement
• Ensure ethical standards and confidentiality throughout the research process
• Collaborate with program teams to implement feedback-driven improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Research, Monitoring & Evaluation, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in research, data collection, or program evaluation
• Proven experience conducting interviews and focus group discussions
• Strong analytical and report writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Ugandan cultural contexts and local languages
• Ability to travel within Uganda as required
