Watoto Childcare Ministries is seeking a qualified Carpentry Technical Instructor to join Hope Vocational Technical Institute in Suubi. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver practical and theoretical carpentry training to vocational students
- Develop and update carpentry curriculum to meet industry standards
- Supervise students in workshop sessions and practical projects
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain workshop equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Mentor students in professional development and work ethics

Requirements:
- Certificate or Diploma in Carpentry or Wood Technology from a recognised institution
- Minimum 3 years of practical carpentry experience
- Previous teaching or training experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for youth development and vocational education
