CIC Insurance Group, one of Uganda's leading insurance providers, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager - Broking to join our dynamic team. This full-time position offers the flexibility of remote work while driving our broking business growth across Uganda.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans for insurance broking services
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Uganda's insurance market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and brokers
• Achieve sales targets and expand our broking portfolio
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities
• Prepare and present business proposals to potential clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client service delivery
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in insurance broking or business development
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets in the insurance sector
• Strong knowledge of Uganda's insurance regulations and market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Professional insurance certification will be an added advantage
