Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify backend operational data with high accuracy.
• Support the reconciliation of financial and customer records.
• Generate routine reports and assist with data analysis for business insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Uganda and other regions to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain and update internal databases and documentation.
• Identify and help resolve discrepancies in operational processes.
• Adhere to company policies and international compliance standards.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1-3 years) in a back-office, data analysis, or administrative role is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
