Yalelo Uganda, a leading aquaculture company, is seeking an experienced Anchoring & Mooring Supervisor to join our Hardware & Expansion team in Butembe-Buikwe. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise all anchoring and mooring operations for aquaculture facilities
• Oversee installation and maintenance of mooring systems
• Coordinate with marine operations teams to ensure safety standards
• Manage equipment inventory and maintenance schedules
• Train and supervise mooring crew members
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments
• Implement and enforce operational procedures
• Maintain accurate records of all mooring operations

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years experience in marine operations or similar field
• Technical certification in marine operations or related discipline
• Strong knowledge of anchoring systems and marine safety
• Experience supervising teams in marine environments
• Ability to work in challenging outdoor conditions
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Valid marine operation certifications preferred
